Brut Zero is the dryest of the core sparkling wines we make. This sparkling wine is sometimes called “brut nature” because it is made without pesticides and is aged without leaving any sugar. Since Brut Zero does not use sugar, the sourness and refreshing flavor of this sparkling wine can be felt more. Although it is dry with no additives, it has a very rich fruit flavor. The scent of citrus and mellow melon spreads subtly, resulting in a smooth aftertaste.
