Savage Grace 2020 Sauvignon Blanc

The Red Willow vineyard is famous for its red vineyards, but several white varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc are also carefully cultivated. We have succeeded in growing clones of this variety that normally does not grow in Washington State on the same site as several varieties such as Sauvignon Musk from Loire Valley. You can feel the refreshing sourness, the citrus and mineral flavors that are characteristic of the wine produced by Red Willow, and it goes well with meals.
