Bouchery’s Vineyards, located in Grandview, Washington, are a relatively cool area of the Yakima Valley.
This is a thicker and more intense version of the winter cot (also known as Malbec) than Dineen’s vineyard with a lighter body. The inspiration for working with grapes comes from touching the characteristic wines of Cloire Blanche, the producer of the Loire Valley.
