Sightglass Cellars 2023 Chardonnay

Planted in 1989 and grown on silty sand soils, this Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks. This eliminates malolactic fermentation, preserving the freshness of the grapes and the full character of this vineyard. Aromas of green apple, white peach, and honeydew melon fill the nose. The silky texture and long finish are impressive. Our goal is to showcase the true flavors of this vineyard, unobstructed by oak.
