2021 vintage came out very similar with notes of green apple, crisp acidity and good fruit balance. We had a year 2021 that had a “heat dome” in June with extreme temperatures. This wine is the exception with more of a thicker pallet and less of a crisp acidity due primarily to these heat issues. It was and is very popular with our regulars.
